We require a 48 hour notification to cancel a daily rental reservation at no charge.
Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to a daily reservation will not receive a refund of security deposit.
We require a 3 week notification to cancel a multi-day rental reservation at no charge.
Cancellations less than 3 weeks prior to a multi-day reservation will not receive a refund of security deposit.

We operate rentals RAIN OR SHINE. During the summer months rental boats and jet skis are in high demand, therefore if you choose to not use your reservation due to forecasted weather you will not receive a security deposit refund.
If hazardous conditions are present during the time of your rental and prevent us from sending you out on a vessel, we will gladly offer you a raincheck or refund. Hazardous weather conditions are considered constant thunderstorms, heavy rain, or high wind conditions.
We do not waive our cancellation policy and related fees for forecasted inclement weather. We highly recommend waiting until the morning of your rental to contact us if you are concerned about weather conditions.

$500 credit card deposit required per vessel.
Security deposit is refundable if vessel is returned in the same condition that it left our docks.
Deposit refunds will take 7-10 business days after completion of rental to return to your account.
